Synopsis
Maggie (Angela Sarafyan) is a teen running away from her family. David (Jesse Garcia) is a teenage illegal immigrant searching for his parents. When the two meet, they are alone in the City of Angels; a place where some come to dream and others to hide.

Very soon, the pair meet a Chinese stripper Esther (Bai Ling) and a local librarian Susan (Debi Mazar).
